#16: Reflections on The Loneliness of Pain
from The Finding Sessions · host Natalie MacDonald
Pain can be incredibly lonely. And sometimes, it's not just the pain itself - but the thoughts and stories that we tell ourselves about how our pain is affecting our lives and the lives of those around us. Sometimes those stories can heighten our pain as well. In this episode, I share some of what I've learned about creating a little space around those thoughts. And about how being honest about what we are feeling, and realizing that while our pain may exist, we are not our pain can help us move through it in a different way. A separate meditation for those experiencing pain is being released with this episode. I welcome you to join me.Thanks for Listening!I appreciate you taking the time to listen.
