Make rosemary simple syrup: Boil 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add several rosemary springs ans simmer 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let syrup sit about an hour.2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the gin, grapefruit juice, and rosemary syrup. Shake well.3. Strain into a class with ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
