#16 What is Downpayment Assistance

Together, her and Brennen are going to break down everything you need to know about getting downpayment assistance in the state of Washington! What is that you might ask? Well you should definitely listen to the episode and find out! But in a nutshell it’s a zero interest loan from the state to help first time home buyers get started. There is a catch, you do have to go to a class to qualify. Luckily we teach those classes on the third Saturday of every month (that’s the 16th of November if you’re interested).
