Well you should definitely listen to the episode and find out! But in a nutshell it’s a zero interest loan from the state to help first time home buyers get started. There is a catch, you do have to go to a class to qualify. Luckily we teach those classes on the third Saturday of every month (that’s the 16th of November if you’re interested).
