#16 - You. Are. Love.

If you are made in the image of God, and God is Love, then logic dictates that YOU are also LOVE.    Do you feel like love? I don't always feel it -- I've found myself feeling depleted, and burnt out, a little lonely, even at times upset with myself. Sound familiar? Know what I really need from myself in those moments? To remember that the absolute core of my being is LOVE. Love listens, it heals, it understand, it has patience for my drama and trauma, it doesn't compare me to others, and it is always present if I have the courage to allow it.  This Christmas Ever, tap into the LOVE that is inside you, and do that first and foremost for yourself. The positive effects of the after glow on everyone around you will take care of itself.    Merry Christmas, Everyone. Thank you so much for taking this journey with me.
