#16: Your Summer Plan for Becoming a Stay-at-Home Mom

It's almost Mother's Day which means the school year is almost over. For some of you, it has been a good year so far. The systems you put in place allowed you to flow through your morning routines, your kids thrived at school, and your evening routines went smoothly. You've got it down! But for others, this has been a tough school year. Mornings were crazy. You're still determining how you managed to get the kids to school with the right clothes on. And you sometimes had to give them money for lunch as they jumped out of the car because you forgot to pack their lunchboxes that morning. Your kids struggled at school--whether from not understanding the lessons or not getting along with the other kids. They hate going and you hate sending them. Your evenings are just as chaotic as you try to juggle homework, dinner prep, and getting the kids to bed at a decent hour. Your day leaves you exhausted, discouraged, and wishing for a different life. What if it's your dream to stay home with your kids, maybe even homeschool them? What if you could quit your 9 to 5 and come home and find a way to earn extra income from home? What if you could be the one raising your kids, influencing them, selecting their curriculum, and teaching them your values and beliefs?
