I just want to start by saying happy new year! I know it was a few weeks back, but I hope you've had a good start to the year and I wish you all the best for 2019. Now I'm really excited to be sharing this episode with you for a number of reasons. I think it's very timely considering this is the time of the year where we make new years resolutions.
