Hey everyone! I invited Kat on to talk some smack about her co-worker and how she actually was able to recover from an TWO eating disorders, and I wanted to bring her on where we talked about where it started and how she's been trucking thru it and making tons of progress. We then had a few fun conversations about Gymnastics and the underbelly of it and what REALLY goes on there or at least on the surface of it. I also wanted to bring to some light hearted nature to the show and we did some Reddit questions where Kat slayed the dragons.
