There is free land that is out for the taking.  It's located on an Island on in the South Pacific near New Zealand.  The Island has perfect weather, electricity, and internet.  So what's the problem?  No one wants to live there.   Richard and Shawn take the opportunity to make their way to Pitcairn Island and see if they can find some free land.
