His company, Frascone Winery & Bistro, produces fine wines, serves Vietnamese and Italian food, and hosts events on Trinity Bay, in Anahuac, Tx. Jim has enjoyed making wine since a very young age with his grandfather. As life moved on, he became an engineer, but he always kept his wine making craft alive. As he got closer to “retirement”, he knew that wine making was his passion. Now, for the past twenty years or so, he’s been all in... living in his passion!
