161: Missing in Siskiyou County

Today we have two cold cases that are short on details, but both leave us with plenty of questions. In the first case during a routine patrol a sheriff’s deputy noticed a woman camped between highway 96 and the Klamath River. He stopped just to verify everything was ok and the woman confirmed she was fine.
