161: Missing in Siskiyou County
from Off the Trails · host Maegan Moaratty and Danielle Falagan
Today we have two cold cases that are short on details, but both leave us with plenty of questions. In the first case during a routine patrol a sheriff’s deputy noticed a woman camped between highway 96 and the Klamath River. He stopped just to verify everything was ok and the woman confirmed she was fine. The following day she would be gone, but she hasn’t returned home or moved on to another camping spot, she was missing. In the second a drive around a lake seemed innocent enough but many people believe this drive ended in murder, but without any evidence this case remains open.Sources:Charley Project - Angela Fullmer, Charley Project - Grace Sabots ,KTVL.com, Blue Mountain Eagle, Facebook, Siskiyou Daily, Facebook, Action News NowSupport us on Patreon for as little as $1 a month, with benefits starting at the $3 tier!Follow us on Instagram at offthetrailspodcastFollow us on Facebook at Off the Trails PodcastIf you have your own outdoor misadventure (or adventure) story that you'd like us to include in a listener episode, send it to us at [email protected] Please take a moment to rate and review our show, and a big thanks if you already have!**We do our own research and try our best to cross-reference reliable sources to present the most accurate information we can.
