Creative business is built on the microscopic. For so many creative businesses, the very idea of serving more than 500 customers in a year is silly. Most are built on less than 50. And yet we speak in platitudes and generalities not radical authenticity. We do it because we have framed the conversation in terms of fear and rejection.
