Currently, I do that through business coaching and hosting my podcast, GetDone.Prior to coaching, I had my own hair salon. I had found a way to create the income I desired, work with dream clients, and provide only the services I loved, all while maintaining a great work-life balance. I soon realized that many of my business friends did not have the same experience.I started consulting other salon owners in marketing, strategy, and finance. I loved watching the “a ha’s” unfold as we restructured their business. And in those interactions, I realized my purpose was beyond hair. Eventually, I closed my salon to focus 100% on business coaching beyond the beauty industry.For the last 3 years, I’ve combined my personal experience and college education (B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Washington State University) to help people start and scale profitable businesses that they are passionate about.Since starting my coaching business, I have surpassed my salon income and directly helped over 60 entrepreneurs with their businesses. Clients have 3x revenue, pivoted industries, opened new locations, hired their dream team, added in new offerings, launched new businesses, and so much more.
