When she didn't show up for work the following day her family called police as it was out of the norm for her to not go home and to miss work unannounced. The heart-breaking truth was that Sydney was a girl who suffered from mental health struggles and was just looking to turn her life around by meeting someone new and her "date" wound up in her being murdered and disregarded by two absolute monsters.
