This week we had the pleasure of speaking with the owner of Boonton Coffee, Frankie. Originally from a small town near Edinburgh, Scotland, Frankie always loved the taste of coffee. After spending a decade in corporate America, Frankie yearned for something more than life in a cubicle and thus pursued his passion by opening up Boonton Coffee. Since its inception in 2016, Boonton Coffee has seen immense success and even boasted the accolade of the number 2 coffee shop in New Jersey. Frankie attributes the shop's success to his willingness to learn, taking risks, but most importantly, the hard work of his incredible staff. Boonton Coffee is more than just a coffee shop, rather it is a place to relax, work, go on dates, or just escape from reality.
