Or, you're not sure what to name your new product or service. So you post into a random Facebook group and ask for feedback.
Perhaps you want a set of eyes over your marketing plan to know that you're on track. And, so, you ask a friend to take a look at it and give you feedback.
Here's the problem with asking for feedback.
Feedback is often too vague to be helpful.
