Daniel catches up with Marianne Marchesi, Founder and Managing Principal of Legalite. Being unsatisfied with the business practices in law, Marianne went against the grain by starting Legalite, giving clients efficient, cost-friendly, and forward-thinking legal services, while building a culture that goes contrary to the industry. As a result, Marianne has created an award-winning law firm, going from 6 clients to now well over 500. As her journey has taken her from employee to business owner, to a leader and a mother, Marianne has had her fair share of highs and lows, and from them, she brings her insights and lessons about building what's different and doing the best for your people, to make something truly special.
