#163: Star Wars: A New Hope Movie Review

Luke Skywalker joins forces with a Jedi Knight, a cocky pilot, a Wookiee and two droids to save the galaxy from the Empire's world-destroying battle station, while also attempting to rescue Princess Leia from the mysterious Darth Vader. Star Wars: Episode IV hit theaters on May 27, 1977 and was the first feature film in the Star Wars Universe. The film was written and directed by George Lucas and starred Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Peter Cushing, Alec Guiness, Anthony Daniels, Kenny Baker, Peter Mayhew, David Prose and the voice of James Earl Jones.
