163rd Avenue Improvement Project Kicks Off in Surprise

Send us a text and chime in!The City will kick off the final phase of the 163rd Avenue Improvement Project in northwest Surprise on June 1, 2026. This phase will focus on the section of roadway from Happy Valley Road to Jomax Road and is expected to last nearly 15 months.
