#164: Are You Dimming Your Light? with Eva Simone of Embodiment Is Everything

It was at the age of 30 that I started to come into my own awareness around this and began the long and deep journey of untangling it. Of coming back into my own essence and seeking ways to express it. To meet myself in my purpose and create the life I really want to live - which can only happen when we come home to ourselves.

And that is what we’re talking about today.

My guest, Eva Simone is a High-Frequency Feminine Mentor & Coach and helps women connect with and embody their Divine Feminine and she is the founder of Embodiment Is Everything. She shares her own story with us about how she went from living under these layers that we’ve created to keep ourselves safe but that also keep us in pain and strain, and how she got curious to begin to awaken to her feminine power.

We’ll learn how to begin to slow down and invite ourselves back in so that we can embrace and embody the parts of us that let us shine and let us find the flow. And when we can step into flow, it opens up all the possibilities.
