He is a former collegiate football player for BYU where he was nominated for two national awards before back to back seasons with injuries. During his time at BYU he served in the Puerto Rico San Juan West Mission for the LDS Church. Currently he is a fitness model and trainer who is dipping his toes into the acting world.In this episode we talk about growing up in Hawai’i and Utah, finding validation in the Samoan community, his athletic career, life after football, mental health, finding confidence, and so much more.
