165. The Murders of Satori Williams and Timmee Jackson

After having guns and a television stolen from his home following a break-and-enter a man named Kevin Watkins felt that the police were not dealing with the crimes and so he took matters into his own hands including making threats to neighbourhood teens and even impersonating an officer. He told the teens that if his property was not returned, Christmas 2015 would be a bloodbath and when his property was not returned he followed through, taking the lives of two teens, Satori Williams and Timmee Jackson.
