As part of the global Supply Chain leadership team he advises companies on a variety of topics including digital supply chains, risk and resilience, advanced analytics and supply chain transformations. Radu is the Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Europe of Alcott Global and the Global Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Practice. Radu works with top management executives in the areas of manufacturing, logistics, transformation, supply chain management and ecommerce. Recently the pair co-authored, From Source to Sold, a book which features a collection of stories from some of the most successful global operations and supply chain business leaders.
