Esta palabra proviene de una de las grandes civilizaciones del mundo antiguo, estamos hablando de los Inkas, cuya sociedad estaba estructurada en base a una vida comunal, es decir en su desarrollo estaban enfocados en la cooperación y solidaridad mutua. TINKUNAKAMA es una frase en Quechua que se utiliza para despedirse, cuya traducción es, hasta que nos volvamos a ver o encontrar, la cual refleja el deseo de volverse a encontrar nuevamente en un futuro con la persona, porque los Inkas entendían el concepto enfocado en el prójimo, y cada actividad que realizaban siempre estaba condicionada porque tenia consecuencias a la otra persona, este principio hacia que tuvieran un temperamento amigable y bondadoso en su esencia y cultura. Desde ese contexto es impresionante poder entender la permanencia de su arquitectura y organización hasta nuestros tiempos, por eso no existe en el idioma Quechua un hola, y un adiós. Este concepto de ayudar a tu próximo, los Inkas lo entendían muy bien, porque comprendían que eran parte de un todo, y que cada función que realizaban por mas insignificante que pudiera parecer implicaba en su desarrollo y en su vida diaria.
