Growing up in a Japanese household, Irene had to break from suppressive cultural traditions. Once she entered the business world, she encountered more cultural oppression. Breaking free from suppressive cultural traditions can be hard, but Irene is paving the way and helping other women do the same. She recommends four ways to overcome culturally suppressive upbringings.
