#168 Shane Burke - Inside his Battle with Brain Cancer and Becoming an Ironman

On this episode, the boys had on special guest Shane Burke! Shane has an amazing story we are excited to share with you. In February 2021, he was diagnosed with brain cancer. After several rounds of chemo, he was in remission by the fall of 2021! He started running in 2022, and worked his way from a half marathon all the way up to a full Ironman in Lake Placid this July!
