He has opened 13 restaurants since 1984 and has won and placed in over 5 food competitions in the last 5 years. Currently Will teaches professional classes out of both his restaurants "That's A Some Pizza" and "Sourdough Willy's" which serve a combined five styles of pizza, all using a heirloom sourdough starter.
