Mack had the pleasure of meeting Tim on 3/3/19 in Louisville, KY where Mack was conducting a leadership development workshop on his book, Blue-Collar Leadership & Supervision: Unleash Your Team's Potential, at a conference for business owners and top level leaders. Tim is one of the rare leaders who truly bought in to high impact leadership. Since meeting Tim, he has started two journeys: one of personal growth and transformation within himself and one of cultural transformation with in his two organizations.
