In continuing on in the study of the Word in the 2nd Foundational Stone called Faith Toward God, it is important that we understand the Operation of God in the process of what happens when the Word gets into our hearts. 1. The Word Comes - The Word of God is the incorruptible seed that brings forth Jesus Christ in our hearts or the ground of which there are 4 types. Way Side, Stony Ground, Thorns, Good Ground. Mark 4:2-9. 2. Faith Comes - By hearing and hearing the Word of God - Without Faith, it is impossible to please God. Romans 10:17, Hebrews 11:6. 3. Satan Comes - Satan cometh immediately to steal the Word out of Your Heart. Satan is a thief. Mark 4:15, John 10:10. He comes to see what you will do with the Word. To try or test your faith. Do you really believe the Word of God? 4. Patience Comes - Hupomone is constancy. You must stay constant in the Word and not change your confession or homologia which means to speak the same as the Word. Do not let your Soul move you from the position of the Word. In your patience (hupomone) possess ye your soul. Luke 21:19. 5. Experience Comes - If you stay constant on the Word of God, you will experience God from Promise to Performance. Romans 5:4. 6. Hope Comes - Every time you pass the test and do not complain, murmur, or doubt your hope gets stronger and stronger after every test. And hope maketh not ashamed. Hope is the anchor of the Soul. Romans 5:5, Hebrews 6:19. 7. Hope will cause you to continually experience God and move you from Glory to Glory, from Faith to Faith, and from Promise to Performance!
