17. Andrea Hoban, Co-founder of Oji Life Lab- disrupting corporate learning & development

Today, we have a remarkable individual with us. Someone deeply passionate about cultivating business growth, instigating positive change, and sparking greatness in others. With a commitment to helping individuals achieve their highest potential, Andrea Hoban is a true force in the realms of leadership and personal development. Some fun facts I learned after our podcast is Andrea opened for Pauly Shore for over 4000 people in her comedy troupe at ASU and had a natural soap company! When we met over 20 years ago, Andrea was leading large sales teams in Oregon for 8 years, then moved to Northern California to facilitate corporate training for over 10 years at one of the largest staffing firms. Most recently, Andrea co-founded Oji Life Lab which helps people live better lives and is disrupting the way companies train and develop their people. Andrea exudes passion and inspires you to dream big. I've had the great pleasure to have known Andrea for 20 years and benefitted greatly from her trainings at our previous company but also her friendship still to this day.
