17: Change Your Mindset. Live In The NOW

Do you sometimes find yourself focusing too much on your past? I know that I have lived in the would have, should have, could have. I find myself either living in regret or in anxiety. They say to find a balance, that balance is to live in the NOW and appreciate it all.  It took me a while to walk the life of joy and abundance, I had to fall really hard a few times before I made the decision to live in the now and be present. Living in the now does not mean you blow everything off for today, but more of you enjoy your life and see what is happening before your eyes.
