17: Healing is not linear

On today's episode we discuss the concept that healing is not linear. This signifies that the process of recovering from trauma, mental illness, or bad experiences in life are not a smooth, straightforward progression. Instead, it's characterized by ups and downs, setbacks, and periods of regression before eventual improvement. It's more like an upward spiral or a zigzag path rather than a straight line. Healing is a rollercoaster, so on your down days or weak moments, don't feel bad, it's all part of the journey. Life isn't always sunshines and rainbows and thats ok! Better days are coming.
