17. Healing Through Mind, Body, & Spirit - with Dr. Diva Nagula

from Ancient Wisdom Today · host Shaman Durek

Dr. Diva Nagula is a board-certified osteopathic physician, and has extensive knowledge and training in integrative and functional medicine—something so important and so needed with where we are in our evolutionary journey. He’s an amazing leader in bringing an understanding of medicine, health, and true transformation into our lives. His interest in medicine came along at a young age when he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps. When he became very sick and was diagnosed with stage 4 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, he began to dig into why he had become so sick and saw that it ultimately came from his poor lifestyle habits. This led him on a path of digging into functional medicine and preventative measures of health and wellness. He shares with us how getting your diet in check is the single most important move you can make to improve your health, what you should do to get there, and taking a gradual approach so that changes can stick. He’s an amazing soul and a gift to this planet.
