I'm feeling slightly more vulnerable than normal sharing this weeks podcast with you. I had a panic attack earlier in the week. However, unlike previous times that I have felt like this I was able to label what was going on and do something about it. This has come with lots of meditation practise. Whilst daily I can notice how I am feeling and turn it around, this was the first time I have really really been present with myself in a state of such heightened emotions. So join me as I share what this feels like for me, how I noticed and what I did about it as well as why this has further strengthened to me why what I teach to children and those that support them is so important.
