Es ist die Nacht zum 31.08.1997 als einige Motorräder einem schwarzen Mercedes in Paris hinterherjagen. Nur wenig später ist aus dem Alma Tunnel ein lauter Knall zu hören. Der schwarze Mercedes ist gegen den 13. Betonpfeiler des Tunnel gekracht. 3 der 4 Insassen überleben diese Nacht nicht. Zu ihnen zählt Prinzessin Diana, ihr Partner Dodi Al Fayed sowie der Fahrer Henri Paul. Was ist der Grund für diesen schrecklichen Unfall? Oder handelt es sich gar nicht um einen Unfall, sondern um einen gut geplanten Mord? Bis heute geht die Meinung zu jener Nacht auf der ganzen Welt stark auseinander. Im ersten Teil unseres Specials bei "Eyes in the dark" sprechen wir über Dianas Leben, die Scheidung von Charles und über die verhängnisvolle Nacht, die 3 Menschen das Leben gekostet hat.
