Tyler Buffett is currently the operations manager for Buffett’s Candies, the largest and best-known candy manufacturer in New Mexico. He is the third generation of Buffett’s in the business and brings his experience as a former professional baseball pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds organization and as a 4-year letterman on the baseball team at Oklahoma State where he led them to the College World Series where their team’s run to Omaha, they set a record for pitching which culminated in back to back shutouts, someone which had never been done before and has not been done since. Over the 10 years of playing baseball at a high level, Tyler learned many lessons about profiting from failure and finding Better Ways to improve and get better every day. Tyler is also the co-founder of the Direction Company, a company that has put together a modernized course based on the book, the Law of Success by Napoleon Hill. The company is dedicated to helping people find their own direction in life and equipping them with the necessary tools to help them achieve their own version of success.
