Hello from St. George, UT! In this episode, we had the privilege of interviewing Kale Goodman and Kason Jennings. Kale, along with Trevor Cowley, own Easier Accounting in St. George and both host the Real Business Owners Podcast. They also run the very successful RBO Mastermind, focusing on helping entrepreneurs grow personally and professionally, and network with other entrepreneurs. Kale is a husband and father and prioritizes leadership in both. Kason, is VP of Sales at Easier Accounting. He manages a team of sales executives and oversees millions of dollars in sales each year. He, too, is a husband and father and leads by example to teach his children hard work, core values and how to overcome adversity.
