17. Mark Walton (Part 2) and Erin on Curiousity, Values and Creating White Space

The conversation with my long-time mentor and friend, Mark Walton, continues in this Part 2 episode.  Together we talk about the importance of curiousity and the power of a common set of values.  Mark also shares some of the best leadership advice he's ever received.  We then set out to build Mark's equation, and reflect on how he can use the equation to build in the white space he needs now in order to support the design of his equation in the future.  It's a great demonstration of how the equation can be a helpful tool during transitional periods in life!
