Ardkia Dwitama a.k.a Uwi was born into a food family. His dad Iwan Tjandra was a successful restauranteur, and an influential figure in Indonesian Culinary World.  Being exposed to food since a young age has shaped him to become a dedicated chef / businessman. We discussed his journey from growing up, taking two internships at once, to setting up an now iconic restaurant, and learning his family business.
