His research aligns with his values as he seeks to respect plural voices on topics of leadership, cross-cultural and innovative practice, productivity and employee experiences.Dr Akiko Ueno leads the Humane Technology & Innovation cluster. Her research specialises in the intersections of consumer wellbeing and emerging technologies with research projects which take on personal influences as she explores the synergy between dance, wellbeing and workplace productivity.Prof. Vadim Grinevich leads the Transformative Entrepreneurship & Small Businesses cluster. His expertise lies in the field of academic entrepreneurship, innovation and university-industry links whilst developing inclusive approaches to help shed light on entrepreneurship across disciplines.Prof. Kerry Papps leads the Wealth, Inclusive Societies & Ethics cluster.
