#17: RUNNING BOSTON MARATHON KETO ADAPTED - Emily Ballantyne

from The FatForWeightLoss Show

I'm a registered nurse in the United States who's always had a passion for running. I ran cross country and track for Duquesne University in college. Then I started running marathons in 2016 and have run 4 total. I ran the Boston Marathon in 2017 and 2018. This year I ran Boston in 3:04:58 (my PR) while keto. I've been experimenting with keto for about a year now and am fascinated by its application not just to running but also to the medical field! https://www.instagram.com/emballa91/ Notes Mentioned: How Bad Do You Want It (book) Small Town Murder (podcast) Mumford and Sons (music)
