Today's technologically advanced life sitting in front of the computer or sitting at work have become normalities for us. However the signs of our spine that has evolved has not come to the times. Spinal positioning and sitting to not go hand in hand. I also described some recommendations to help with limiting sitting related irritation to the low back and neck.
