17. Why did you choose Acting? (feat. Chad Chambers and Josh Rashad Bruce)

In our (Chad Chambers and Josh Bruce's) opinion there are several advantages that an acting career can offer over being a musician or a model. Longer career lifespan: While many musicians and models tend to have a shorter career lifespan due to the industry's demands for youth and novelty, actors can often have longer careers. There are many examples of actors who continue to work into their later years, such as Meryl Streep, Helen Mirren, and Morgan Freeman. More diverse roles: Actors can play a wide range of characters in different genres and mediums, which can provide them with more opportunities to showcase their skills and versatility. In contrast, musicians and models tend to be more limited in the types of roles they can play. More stable income: Actors can often earn a more stable income than musicians or models, as they may have longer-term contracts for TV shows or movie franchises. Musicians and models, on the other hand, may have to rely on sporadic gigs or short-term contracts. More opportunities for creative collaboration: Acting often involves working with a large team of people, including directors, writers, and other actors. This collaborative environment can be very stimulating and rewarding, and it can lead to the development of strong creative relationships. More control over one's public image: Actors can often have more control over their public image than musicians or models. They can choose which roles to take on and how they want to present themselves in the media, whereas musicians and models may have less control over how they are perceived by the public.
