170 - Jay Lewis AFL Draft to Podiatry

Jay Lewis is the owner of Elite Foot Care on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Jay gained an interest in Podiatry while playing AFL as a scholarship holder with the Sydney Swans. Being in an elite level sports environment provided a great level of insight and interest into sports biomechanics, lower limb injuries and performance enhancement. This elite environment also introduced him to leadership at the highest level. In this episode, we discuss: The commitment needed as a New South Welshman to break into the AFL.
