170. Season 4 Debut

She's BAACCKK!!  That's right, Val is back from her break, filled with inspiration and hope for all of you intentional moms building strong families. On this debut episode to Season FOUR of the Practically Speaking MOM Podcast, Emma and Rich join Val who introduces five new themes for this year:

*Operation Wholeness

*Confident Kids and Confident Teens

*Rip Off the Blindfold 

*Dear Younger Me

While these five new themes are going to be great, you can still expect more from the old themes, such as Uniquely United, Guarding Their Hearts, Marriage Oneness, Lasso Your Life

In this episode Val also announces some new formats for the show such as Bonus Weeks, Power Punch Weeks, No Weeks, and Normal Weeks.  That should liven things up!
