My guest this week was the star of his US college rugby team, he made a ton of money in tech, and he's now an author - he is Tyler Kania. Tyler has battled mental illness throughout his adult life and has now been diagnosed with bipolar. We discuss how rugby has been a stabilising factor as both a player and a coach with the highs of winning College championships and the lows of two horrific injuries.
