171: Business Essentials

from Coach Business · host Caryn Gillen

As an entrepreneur, solopreneur, or small business owner, you're always doing these two things at once (until you hit about $200K): 1). Admin and nurturing your current folks 2). Getting visible and gathering new leads You have to be doing both things at once, all the time (unless you've made a specific choice to forego the second while taking some time to work exclusively on the first). Decide, based on the mix of resources you have (time, energy, and money), what you can do/where you shine, what you're doing, and why. Then evaluate. Is it working? Stop comparing yourself to that 7-figure business owner. There are a lot of steps between starting out and reaching that goal. There's no skipping the fundamentals if you want this thing to last. You have to start there. But, you also have what you need to do it your way. >> Get on my list so you don't miss out on the Black Friday goodies, coming soon!
