It was an absolute pleasure to have World Clean and Jerk bronze medallist, Commonwealth Champion, and the first British European Champion in 26 years on this weeks Strength Chat. In this episode, I was joined by the one and only Emily Muskett. With everything that had gone on over the last year or so, to see Emily win gold at the European Championships was awesome.
