On September 11th, 2017 a female torso was found in the Oshawa harbour but the rest of the body could not be found.  It would be the end of December of 2017 when a family called for a plumber because their pipes were backing up due to a clog in their basement apartment, which was rented to 45-year-old Adam Strong.
