How you show up makes a difference, and how you show up as a leader, what you do and say, affects the team around you. Let’s take some time to look at some small things we can do consistently that can impact our teams and organizations in a big way.  On this episode:Small things have a big impact. “If you think you’re too small to have an impact try going to bed with a mosquito in the room.” Even small encouragements can go a long way. You as a leader affect the people around you with the smallest things you say or do. There are things you can do consistently that can truly impact your organization.
