As part of the coaching team behind Sophie Becker and the Irish women’s 4x400m relay squad, Jeremy played a central role in preparing her for the stunning run to the Olympic final — a historic moment for Irish athletics.Jeremy stepped away from high performance coaching to focus on grassroots and in this episode explains why.
